Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM WITA are prioritized for same-day processing. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days — we will notify you promptly if this applies to your order.
Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)
Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days via JNE, J&T, or SiCepat.
International Shipping
- Southeast Asia: 3–7 business days via FedEx / DHL
- USA & Europe: 5–10 business days via FedEx / DHL Express
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days via FedEx / DHL
Insurance & Tracking
All Ishara shipments are fully insured and include a tracking number sent to your email upon dispatch. Given the value of our South Sea pearl pieces, we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Ishara is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
